i have been banned from world of warcraft and the new expansion is comming out?

If i buy that new expansion and download it will i still be banned from world of warcraft?

Yes you will, your account is banned. In order to play the new expansion once it is released you will need to repurchase WoW and the Burning Crusade in order to make a new account.

You could also try appealing the ban to your account. Send an email to Account Administration explaining the circumstances. Dont be rude with them and they wont help in that case. The process is unfortunately slow but they will reinvestigate the conditions under which your account was banned. Account Administration is the only way to appeal a ban.

    Yes you will continue to be banned. The ban is on blizzards end, not the client ( your game )'s end. Best thing to do is either make a new account and start fresh, beg blizz to unban it, or suck it up :)

    first off - why did u get banned ? you can appeal bans - I did and won, I have been playing on and off for almost 3 years.
    if you did something bad then your account is gone PERIOD.
    So depending on your actions and you know what you did to get banned, good luck.
    I am a GM from a very large guild in the game and we have people banned all th time. It's usally only for 3 days though.
    If you really want to play then open a new account and use different credit card and address, and this time dont get banned.
